Have any of you ever tried the Publix pizza dough before? We haven’t yet so my hubs and I are excited to try it for the first time tomorrow night. I’ve heard it’s really good from my blogging partner Jessica and quite a few other friends! In fact, if you got the pizza dough & Ragu pizza sauce while it was on sale you may want to try this homemade spinach & ricotta pizza recipe here that Jessica says is fantastic!
I was also excited to see that Boar’s Head Muenster cheese was on sale, so I got some of that as well. Since one of my favorite veggies was on sale–asparagus, I decided to make our DeLiCiOuS 15 minute asparagus pasta as well.The rest of the stuff in the picture was on sale except for the frozen blackberries, but Target had a $1/1 frozen fruit coupon that I couldn’t pass up. Also, the green pepper wasn’t on sale but we will use it on our pizza and 1/2 of it was already used in our asparagus pasta.
I had 3 Target competitor coupons this week and 3 regular coupons so combined with sales and the matching coupons, my total came out super cheap…only $39 and some change!
