OMG, this dip is where it is at. This is one of my all time favorite recipes to eat, make, and take to gatherings. This simple fruit dip only has a few ingredients in it and I have a slight addiction to it. I can’t even explain to you the massive amounts of it that I eat when I make it.
The great thing about this is I get my sweets fix but I’m also eating fruit with it so that counts for something good, right?! Every time I make this dip I get a request for the recipe. Once I tell people what’s in it, they can’t believe how easy it is.
Read on to make this sweet little treat!
Easy Fruit Dip:
Ingredients:
1 large box instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 cups milk (I used fat free)
1 (8 oz) light Cool Whip
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
Directions:
Mix together milk and pudding with a whisk or mixer. Add in Cool Whip & almond extract and mix until well blended. Chill in refrigerator until cool. Serve with fresh fruit like apples, strawberries, cantaloupe, grapes, pineapple and anything that tickles your fancy!!

Looks good to me, but I’d use vanilla instead of the almond extract.
It looks great! Hmm…I wonder if it would work with sugar-free pudding and light Cool Whip.
