Mmmmmm, mmmm! That’s all I have to say about the taste of these peanut butter cookies. It’s just hard to be a warm cookie with a cold glass of milk! These cookies came from eMeals’ new lunch menu. Every menu has 5 simple, packable lunches with a bonus dessert recipe. I was maybe most excited to make the dessert! Typical? Yes. Ashamed to admit it? No.
What I love about these cookies is that there are only 4 ingredients in them and they come together in less than 20 minutes. It’s slightly dangerous how easy they are to make, so be warned!

World’s Easiest Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients:
1 c creamy peanut butter
1 c sugar
1 egg
1 t vanilla
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Stir together peanut butter, sugar, egg, & vanilla. Shape into 1″ balls. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Press gently to flatten. Bake 12-15 mins. Remove from oven and cool completely.
