Talk about a simple & easy meal! This is a recipe/idea that the hubs came up with so I’ve got to give props where props is due. This was a really frugal meal considering we got the Gorton’s fish on sale at Publix while it was BOGO and paired it with coupons. This meal was ready in 30 minutes flat and we paired it with some Ore Ida sweet potato fries and called it a day! Granted, it wasn’t one of our healthiest meals ever, but it was super tasty and had minimal effort so I was in!
