Get ready for a super delicious and majorly easy dip recipe. Aren’t those the best kinds? I found this recipe from Pinterest and have already made it twice. The reason I know it’s great? I’ve gotten asked for the recipe both times I’ve made it. And the fun part is that it is SO SO easy and relatively inexpensive to make especially if you have tomatoes in your garden or feta cheese is on sale. And, you probably already have olive oil in your pantry, so let’s chalk this up for the win!
Ummm, yes, these ingredients pictured above are really all you need! Can I get a Holla!? Love the freshness! And the frugalness!
Ingredients:
Olive Oil (I used EVOO)
1 pkg feta cheese (I liked using the garlic & herb & I’ve also used reduced fat)
Tomatoes (any old kind will do)
1 bunch scallions
1 baguette
Greek Seasoning (Cavender’s rocks-my momma used it my whole life)
Directions:
Dice the scallions & tomatoes. Pour olive oil into platter or bowl. Spread tomatoes, scallions, & feta over the top. Mix gently together. Top with Greek seasoning. Slice baguette and dip to your heart’s content!
Told you it was easy! What are you wanting for? Go make it for your next gathering or party, it’s sure to be a hit!

OH WOW. I can just imagine how good this would be with some pita chips. Pinning it so I can remember it for later when feta is on sale again in my area.
If you are available this weekend, I would love for your to bring this dish to Weekend Potluck. We have a fun linky party and when you link up on one blog, it shows on SIX. Would love to have you!
