We have had some beautiful spring weather here in Birmingham, Alabama, and to celebrate I’ve been busy making lots of yummy dishes. One of my favorite go-to recipes is this incredibly easy pasta salad that is always a crowd pleaser. A plus is the amount of fresh veggies in it, which makes it as healthy as it is delicious. I hope you enjoy it!
1 bottle Wishbone Balsamic Italian Vinagrette Dressing
3 tbsp sugar
1 box bowtie pasta, cooked
1 package grape tomatoes cut in half
Carrots (julienne cut or diced carrots)
Colby Jack cheese, crumbled
Optional ingredients: pepperoni, and any other ingredient your heart may desire!
Mix sugar with about 2/3 bottle of dressing (reserve rest of the bottle for another use, or add additional dressing if desired)
Add in remaining ingredients in desired amounts (may not use all of tomatoes, etc); refrigerate until served.
