Think warm, gooey, and filling. That’s what you’ll get with this low fat baked french toast. One of the best parts? You make it ahead and then just bake the next day. What more could you ask for?  Word to the wise, it is very filling!  DH & I liked this dish, but we think if you have kids they might like it even more!  As you might have guessed this little delight of a dish came from our E-Mealz menu. This recipe was from E-Mealz’s low fat for 2 Walmart plan.
Make It:

1/2 loaf French bread, cut in 2 inch cubes
1 c egg sub
1 1/2 c FF milk
4 t sugar
1/4 t salt
1/2 T vanilla
Fat free butter spray
Cinnamon/sugar

Place bread cubes tightly in a sprayed square dish. Beat egg sub, milk, sugar, salt, and vanilla. Pour over bread. Cover & refrigerate 6-36 hrs.  Bake uncovered @350, 45 min. Remove, spray top w/ spray butter. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon/sugar. Return to oven for 5-10 min. Maybe you even care to up the ante a bit like we did and douse your piece in syrup…..eat your heart out!
