This little number was on my E-mealz menu this past week and let me just say it was pretty divine.  I would definitely make this recipe again.  And, the best part was I modified it using all low fat ingredients so it wasn’t too bad.  E-mealz called for us to serve an Italian salad w/ it & I had a happy DH. :) Do you want to make it as well?  If so, here’s the recipe.  This is a typical menu item you would see from E-mealz because it usually takes around 30 minutes to make, it is a well-balanced meal, it’s based on what was at sale at Publix (where I shop, duh!) & it’s simple.

1 lb ground chuck
8 oz can tomato sauce
6 oz can tomato paste
14 oz can pizza crust dough
6 slices mozzarella cheese
Cook meat until browned and crumbled. Drain & return to skillet. Add tomato sauce & paste and cook until heated. In a sprayed 8×8 baking dish, unroll pizza dough, & press into bottom & halfway up sides of dish. Line bottom of crust with 3 slices cheese. Top w/ meat mixture; bake uncovered @425,12 min. Top w/ remaining 3 cheese slices. Bake 10 additional min, or until crust is browned. Cool 5 min.
