Last night I got inspired to clean out under the bathroom sink. Here’s about half the stuff that I threw out from underneath the dark dungeon and decided to organize. That bag had so many stockpiled items in it, we’re talking about face cleansers, shampoos, conditioners, hair clips, mousse, shave cream, makeup…..you have no idea. What can I say, I like to get stuff when it’s practically free at CVS. Needless to say, we won’t be needing shampoo anytime soon. If I get any soon, it’ll be for my family or a non-profit.
I got a few plastic bins from the Dollar Tree to organize it better and voila……
It’s pretty amazing what a couple of bucks for organizational tools can do for your sanity and the looks of your home. Not gonna lie, I’m pretty proud of myself for finally getting this cabinet under control. I’ll try to keep posting more and I continue to spring clean (yes, even if it’s embarrassing). Do you have any favorite cleaning or organizing methods you’d like to share with this domestically challenged housewife? You know I am, it’s ok….I’m slowly but surely getting there…I think.

I've been doing the same thing! I decided to use the last of one perfume until it is gone. No more hanging on to small amounts of lotion or perfume for the last bit of scent. The same things goes in the pantry for crackers, rice pasta. I am so tired of half used boxes!
I'm loving your plastic bins! I may have to swing by the Dollar Tree on my way home from work soon! The master bathroom is out of control! I struggle with keeping the kitchen cabinets organized, too.
I'm with you anon. Sometimes, it feels like cleaning can be wasteful when you throw out those things, but more than likely we have to just realize they'll probably go bad before we can use them anyway and it won't be long before another sale that includes those items.
Katie, I know right? Its amazing how much that $2 just did for my cabinet! Our kitchen is so small that that is a major struggle of mine too!
