Time for another fabulous Menu Plan Monday! So, here it goes….

Monday: Leftover turkey burgers with corn and salad–you know it’s gotta be something quick so I can watch The Bachelor!
Tuesday: Baked Potato Soup from Cooking Light for cooking night with the girls!
Wednesday: Leftover baked potato soup
Thursday: Grilled mahi mahi and salad
Friday: Date night, dinner out! YEAH!
Saturday: Pure Barre Grand Opening Party with catering by Kathy G. Done.

If you plan out your meals, or ever want to share an easy and great dish, I’d love for you to post it below in our comments section! Because, let’s be honest, I’m still new to this cooking thing. I’m getting it, but I am no trophy wife cooker yet and that’s ok.
