Monday: Leftover turkey burgers with corn and salad–you know it’s gotta be something quick so I can watch The Bachelor!
Wednesday: Leftover baked potato soup
Thursday: Grilled mahi mahi and salad
Friday: Date night, dinner out! YEAH!

That is the same recipe for Loaded Potato Soup that I use… I add a couple of dashes of ground mustard powder and garlic powder to it also!
