If you have multiple cards (or even just one card!) for CVS, you may have noticed that the CVS $5/$25 coupons can only be used once- even if you only took the survey once you can only use the first coupon! The register will beep and alert the cashier that the coupon has already been redeemed, which can be frustrating when there are great deals out. So it is a great treat for me to find out from Couponing to Disney that you can actually get three different $5/$25 coupons if you take a flu survey at three different links:
Since each of these quizzes have unique bar codes, you should be able to use each of them on your CVS card! The expiration date changes based on when you print the coupon but don’t delay in doing it- who knows how much longer it will stay up!

The coupon says one per customer. Is it ok to use three per customer?
Each coupon has a unique number on it, so they can only be used once per customer. But since there are three separate links to this quiz, you can get 3 coupons each with individual numbers. Each of those three can be used once.
Is that being honest since it appears CVS's intent is only one coupon per customer? Just wondering.

I would say that is up to you to decide. Just like some people don't feel comfortable taking peelies off of items if they aren't buying them at that exact moment, some people may not feel comfortable using more than one of these coupons. Some people who use CVS think that Extra Care cards should be only one per household, and some think that using one per person is fine (and therefore have multiple cards per household). This situation is also similar to sites that have print limits on coupons (such as coupons.com). Many couponers simply use multiple computers in their home to escape the "2 print limit", which you could also do for this coupon. So in this matter as in other matters, I think you can (and have) decided that for yourself. This deal is especially useful for people who do have separate cards for each person in their house, as each can only be used once. Instead of only being able to use one coupon total, they can use one coupon for up to three separate cards. (you can't use the coupon twice, once on each different card). So they can use a coupon for their card, for their husband's card, and for their child's card instead of having to choose just one account. In the future, please include at least a first name with comments so that we can address you and your concerns personally. We appreciate the feedback, but not necessarily the implied tone of the message as it is somewhat accusatory. We apologize if you feel that this is a form of dishonesty; we feel that it is simply pointing out a great deal for users of ours with multiple cards. You always have the opportunity of seeking deals on sites other than ours if this post has offended you. Thanks, and have a nice day!
Ouch. So sorry. Please accept my apology. I am a new couponer and my intent was not to accuse anyone of anything but to ask a question. Thank you for taking time to answer my question.
I took the quiz and no coupon came up
